These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrociuReti's website, products, and services ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
CrociuReti provides smart lighting solutions, including consultation, installation, integration, design, and ongoing support services for residential and commercial properties across Canada. Our Services include:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with CrociuReti and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and lighting needs. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but all appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that the areas where work will be performed are clear and accessible.
Our services are based on the assumption that your property's existing electrical infrastructure is up to code and in good working condition. If we discover issues with your electrical infrastructure that require additional work, we will inform you of the issues and any additional costs before proceeding.
All prices for our Services are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect services that have already been confirmed.
For certain services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated before confirmation and will be applied to your final invoice.
Payment for our Services is due upon completion of the service, unless other payment terms have been specifically agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, electronic funds transfer, and cheque.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of issuance may be subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. You are responsible for all costs we incur in collecting any late payments, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
We warrant our installation workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Products installed by CrociuReti carry their manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing warranty claims for products purchased through us, but the terms and conditions of these warranties are set by the manufacturers.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of CrociuReti or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access, view, and print materials from our website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrociuReti and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to CrociuReti for the Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrociuReti and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless we elect to bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
